The Spouses Club accepts members year-round. Membership is currently open to any spouse of enlisted Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard personnel in the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as spouses of retired military personnel, located within the Travis community. The club does not discriminate on basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, religion or ethnic group.
Application
Fill out the membership form below. A hard copy of our membership form is also available at all General Membership Meetings.
Payment
Membership dues are $40 per year. We take cash or check, or pay online below.
Membership
Your membership begins as soon as you complete your form and pay your dues. At that time, all events are open to you, though some may require a reservation and/or additional payment.
